How we respond to those challenges:
Most home owners only need to hire an electrician occasionally. Service calls usually start with a brief explanation followed by a series of questions. We’ll take to the time to answer those questions before we dispatch a serviceman.
The job will be more efficient if we both understand what’s needed and what a job might entail in terms of time and parts.
Scheduling to meet you needs
We get it. No one has time to sit at home waiting for a serviceman.
In most cases our residential calls are booked first job in the morning to make sure that we can pick a very exact arrival time.
This tends to eliminate traffic delays, especially in the downtown Toronto core.
This all comes down to planning and communication.
When the call is taken we try and anticipate any special parts that might be needed to complete the job in a timely manner. In addition, our trucks have a wide variety of stock and we are able to buy through a large number of local suppliers.
This often means that we can eliminate the need for a return trip.
Our experienced and licensed electricians are also homeowners. We understand that you want your job done right with a minimum of mess.
All our work carries a one year warranty. If you’re not happy, neither are we. We’ll fix it.
